At Shoffner’s Piano Tuning, I take pride in providing high-quality piano tuning, repair, and maintenance services. As my business offers professional services rather than physical products, we do not provide refunds once a service has been rendered. However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns regarding our work.
No Refund Policy
Since our services require time, expertise, and labor, all payments for completed services are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:
- Piano tuning
- Repairs and maintenance
- Regulation and voicing
- Consultation and appraisal services
- Piano moving & transportation
Service Satisfaction Commitment
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, we encourage you to reach out within 5 business days of the service date. We will assess the situation and, at our discretion, may offer a service adjustment or correction to ensure your piano is in the best condition possible.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. We will do our best to accommodate a new appointment time that works for you.
- Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee due to time reserved for the service.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases where a refund is requested due to extraordinary circumstances, such as an appointment being canceled by Shoffner’s Piano Tuning without rescheduling options, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
